Prateik Babbar Wiki, Girlfriend, Height, Age, Family & More: Prateik Babbar was born on 28 November 1986. He is an Indian actor and mainly appears in Hindi-language films, web series, and TV shows. Prateik started his career as a production assistant. In 2008, he made his acting debut with the coming-of-age drama Jaane Tu… Ya Jaane Na movie. However, Prateik got national recognition after playing the character of Ajay Malhotra in the 2020 film Darbar. For his acting, he was nominated for various awards including Filmfare, Screen Awards, and the Stardust Awards for best debut.

Prateik Babbar was born in Bombay, Maharashtra, India. He is the son of the actor-politician Raj Babbar and the actress, Smita Patil. When Prateik was born, his mother died and he was raised by his maternal grandparents in Mumbai. 

In 2011, during the shooting of the Ekk Deewana Tha film, Prateik start dating Amy Jackson (A British Actress). But, they broke up the following year. In 2019, he married Sanya Sagar.

Prateik did his primary education at Arya Vidya Mandir, Mumbai. Later, he completed his graduation from the Jai Hind College, in Mumbai, India.

Career

Prateik began his career as a production assistant and assisted Prahlad Kakkar for more than a year. During this time, he was cast in many ads for several companies including KitKat. In 2008, he appeared in the Jaane Tu… Ya Jaane Na movie where he played the role of Amit Mahant. Since then, he has been a part of many superhit films, TV shows, and web series.
