Panchayat Web Series Story & Plot

After completing graduation, Abhishek Tripathi (Jitendra Kumar) joins as a Panchayat secretary in the Phulera village panchayat in Uttar Pradesh’s Balliya district. Manju Devi (Neena Gupta) is the Panchayat head. But only on paper. The Panchayat is actually run by Manju’s husband Brij Bhushan Dubey (Raghuvir Yadav).  Briji is very much impressed with Abhishek’s work and suggests Manju Devi keep the young man. But, Manju Devi strongly refused his proposal. 

The web series won many awards including Filmfare OTT Awards and Best Original Story.
