Neena Gupta was born on 4th June 1959, She is a leading Indian Actress and Director mainly worked in the Television and Film industry. She works in both Art house and commercials films.  Neena Gupta started her acting career with the film Saath Saath which was released in 1982. He also appeared in the television show titled Khandaan (1985). Apart from television and films, she was also seen in the popular Amazon Prime series named Panchayat (2020). For this web series, she won the Best Supporting Actor (Female) award at Filmfare OTT Awards. Neena Gupta starred in several films like Uff! Yeh Mohabbat (1997), Cotton Mary (1999), Meri Biwi Ka Jawaab Nahin (2004), Nazar (2005), Teree Sang (2009), Hello Zindagi (2010), and more.

Neena Gupta was born in New Delhi, India. Her father’s name was Late R.N.Gupta and mother’s name was Late Shakuntala Gupta. She has one brother named Pankaj Gupta. In 1980, she was in a relationship with the Veteran actor named Alok Nath. Later they were separated. After that, she began dating Shaarangdev but later they were also separated. In 1980, Neena Gupta was in a relationship with the West Indies Cricket legend Vivian Richards. Without marriage, the couple has a daughter named Masaba Gupta who is a Fashion Designer. Later, she married Vivek Mehra. 

Education

Neena Gupta did her education from The Lawrence School, Sanawar, Solan, Himachal Pradesh. She completed her Master’s degree and M.Phil in Sanskrit. After completing it, she went to National School of Drama, New Delhi, India to learn acting skills.
