Abhishek Banerjee was born on 15 November 1988. He is a well-known face in Indian cinema. He started his career with the Rang De Basanti (2006) movie where he plays the character of a student auditioning for a documentary role. However, he is famous for the role of Jaana, the friend of lead actor Vicky (played by Raj Kumar Rao) in the horror film Stree (2018). Apart from acting, he is also a casting director and directed many movies and web series including No One Killed Jessica (2011), Gabbar Is Back (2015), Toilet: Ek Prem Katha (2017), and Paatal Lok (2020).
