Parikshit Sahni completed his education at the Lawrence School, Sanawar and St. Stephens College, Delhi. During school days, he participated in many dramas. When he was just 7 years old, he played a short role in the “Deedar” movie which was released in the year 1951.

- Parikshit Sahni spends most of his childhood days in the Boarding school.
- After completing his graduation, he moved to Moscow to pursue his study in Architecture. But he was not good at mathematics and couldn’t clear the aptitude test. Then, he decided to join the Cinema institute in the same university.
- Parikshit Sahni wrote the script of the “Pavitra Paapi” and wanted to direct the movie. Later the producer asked him to play the lead character in the movie.
- While shooting the “Veer Shivaji” movie, Parikshit Sahni changed his backbone. It took more than 1 year to recover.
- During his struggle days, he changed his name to “Ajay Sinha”. But, after recovering from an injury, he decided to switch to his original name.
