She entered Bollywood with the Tera Mera Pyar (2000) movie. She also worked with the legendary actor Irfan Khan in The Lunchbox, a critically acclaimed drama, which was screened at the 2013 Cannes Film Festival.
In 2016, he worked with Akshay Kumar in the Airlift movie which became one of the biggest hit films of her career.
