Star Plus is all set to release its upcoming serial Maati Se Bandhi Dor which starts with Rutuja Bagwe and Ankit Gupta in the primary roles. Rutuja Bagwe will be portraying the role of Vaijanati aka Vaiju and Ankit Gupta will be playing the role of Rannvijay in the Maati Se Bandhi Dor show. Also, Ek thi Begum fame actress Resham is in significant roles.
Set in Kolhapur, Maharashtra, the show showcases the journey of a hard-working girl named Vaiju who works in the field to earn money and support her family financially. Vaiju is family-oriented and she aims to improve her village’s condition. In the meantime, her mother brings a marriage proposal to her. Vaiju then meets Rannvijay- the son of a Sarpanch. But Rannvijay rejects her. However, an unexpected incident forces Vaiju and Rannvijay to get married. After that, a new twist happens in the story.
The first episode of the Maati Se Bandhi Dor serial will be released on 27 May 2024 on the Star Plus channel. It will be telecast at 7.30 pm. The show will also be digitally available to watch on the Hotstar app.
