- In 2018, an Event Manager who lives in Delhi sent Karishma a legal notice for cheating and blackmailing him. However, she completely denied such an allegation and also added that actually she was cheated.
- Karishma was one of the most controversial contestants of Bigg Boss 8 ( 2014).
- In the year 2017, Karishma was supposed to do and TV comedy show titled Comedy Dangal. However, she was replaced at the last moment by Surbhi Jyoti due to her tantrums even before the show got started.
