Sakshi Tanwar was born on 12 January 1973. She is a leading Indian actress and television representative. She came into the limelight after playing the character of Parvati in the Kahaani Ghar Ghar Ki serial aired on Star Plus. In the year 2016, she appeared in the Aamir Khan’s Dangal movie. She appeared in a few other movies including Coffee House (2009), Katyar Kaljat Ghusali (2015), Samrat Prithviraj (2022), etc. She was also featured in many web series such as The Final Call (2019), Mission Over Mars (2019), and Mai: A Mother’s Rage ( 2022).

Sakshi Tanwar was born in a middle-class Rajput family from Alwar, Rajasthan, India. Her father’s name is Rajendra Singh Tanwar who is a retired CBI officer. Her mother’s name is not known. There’s a rumor that she was in a live-in relationship with Samir Kochhar. In 2018, she adopted a girl named Dityaa. 

Education

Sakshi Tanwar did her primary education at the Kendriya Vidyalayas. After that, she completed her graduation from the Lady Shri Ram College in New Delhi. Then, she worked as a sales trainee at a five-star hotel.
