  • Urooj Ashfaq was associated with the Anti-CAA rally at the August Kranti Maidan, Mumbai, where an immense protest against the Citizenship Act was held. This law has been widely criticized for being discriminatory on religious grounds particularly for excluding Muslims. After that, she got slammed by her followers for not understanding the law properly.
