Satish Kaushik was born on 13 April 1956. He is a popular Indian actor, producer, director, and screenwriter. Satish primarily works in Hindi films, TV shows, and web series. Satish is best known as a film actor for his character as Calender in Mr. India and as Pappu Pager in the Deewana Mastana movie. He won the Filmfare Best Comedian Award twice for his acting in the Ram Lakhan (1990) and Sajan Chale Sasural (1997) movies. As a theatre artist, Satish is recognized for his role in the Hindi-language play Salesman Ramlal, an adaptation of Arthur Miller’s Death of a Salesman.
