Karthik set his foot in the entertainment industry with C/o Kancharapalem (2018) directed by Venkatesh Maha. He played the role of Joseph in this movie. Apart from him, the other actors who acted in the movie are Radha Bessy, Subha Rao, Kesava Karti, Praneetga Patnaik, Nithyasri Gotu, and Mohan Bhagnath. This was the first Telugu film that was screened at the New York Film Festival.
